REMOTE ASSISTANCE
If you have a problem with something or if you think there is a problem, we can remotely find the
problem and fix it. - If it cannot be completed remotely. We will come out to your place of work there
will be an hourly charge (notes) but a 20.00 discount will be applied because of the jade program.

1. After the first hour (free), Onsite/Remote workplace service billed 200.00 per hour. Business 250.00
per hour. Interchange fee of 3.0% (CREDIT CARDS ONLY)
2. *A Discount of -20.00 will be applied to any tech goods Sold to the invoice.
